  • Yale Club Contact Information 3200 Bailey Lane #199 Naples FL 34105 USA (map)

PROF. BROOKS HAD TO CANCEL LAST MINUTE DUE TO AN UNEXPECTED CONFLICT.

The Harvard Club of Naples, Harvard Business School Affiliate of HCN, Princeton Club of Southwest Florida, and Yale Club of Southwest Florida welcome Professor Brooks for a conversation about how to "live a better happier life."  Drawing on science, classic philosophy, theology, and history, happiness expert and bestselling author Arthur Brooks shares counterintuitive strategies for releasing old habits and forming new life practices.  Professor Brooks is the columnist behind The Atlantic's popular "How to Build a Life" series, a guide to transforming the life changes we fear into a source of strength.  Professor Brooks has just released a new book, From Strength to Strength - Finding Success, Happiness, and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life.  The Dalai Lama commented, "In this book, Arthur Brooks help people find greater happiness as they age and change."

Arthur C. Brooks is Professor of Management Practice at the Harvard Business School and the William Henry Bloomberg Professor of the Practice of Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School. Before joining the Harvard faculty in July of 2019, he served for ten years as president of the American Enterprise Institute.

This is a FREE event, but registration is required (registration link below). This is a joint event between the Harvard, Princeton and Yale Clubs. The webinar will be moderated by Princeton Club (and Harvard Club) President Trey Farmer and Harvard Club Vice President David Sissman. Professor Brooks will present for about 40 minutes, then there will be a Q&A session. We will utilize the Q&A function in the Zoom Webinar for the submission of questions. We will take as many questions as time allows. The webinar will last for one hour.
